Gateway High School's Case Managers support students towards graduation.

Case Managers help students that are off track to graduate by building relationships with all stakeholders: students, families, teachers and administration. Case Managers serve the Gateway Community by:

  • Helping increase graduation rates

  • Monitoring attendance

  • Track on track/off-track students and provide one on one mentorship

  • In-School Interpretation

  • Working with students and families to create student success plans to achieve student's personal, academic, and post-secondary goals

  • Reengaged students in meeting graduation requirements after extended absences from school

  • Coordinate and manage multitiered systems of support (MTSS) for students who may benefit from additional supports

  • Assist in the identification of community resources such as food assistance, clothing, health care and other tangible supports by collaborating with local resources to meet the needs of our students and their families
