ProStart Students Feed 1000’s at Denver Food and Wine Festival

Gateway's very own culinary ProStart students crushed it at the 2019 Denver Food and Wine Festival this past weekend.  The served about 1000 people this weekend. The variety of dishes was 2nd to none.  

Dishes included:  honey-thyme ricotta, peach & arugula crostini - balsamic strawberry and cherry tomato with basil crostini.  Smashed avocado, charred corn, cherry tomato, feta and basil crostini - duck confit and pickled cherry crostini.
