I love teaching my students about food and nutrition. I think these concepts are so important for their future. Understanding the basics of food – cooking and nutrition – is a critical life skill plus taking my courses provides them with foundational employability skills.

About Me

I am a foodie through and through – everything I have ever studied or anyplace I have ever worked has always been about food. When I’m not teaching about food I’m usually cooking, eating, or otherwise talking about it! Besides food, I love traveling the world and being outdoors in any capacity, from skiing to backpacking to camping. But my most favorite thing is to spend time with my baby boy, husband, and dog.
