My favorite part of teaching, especially in mathematics, is the “light-bulb” moment. That certain instant in time when a student fully grasps a concept and tells me “nah, I got this mister.”

About Me

I grew up a Navy brat with my dad serving nearly 14 years and meeting my mom in boot-camp. I was born in Orlando, FL, and have lived completely up and down the East Coast. After leaving the Navy my family moved to AR where my dad earned a position operating at Arkansas Nuclear One. This is where I graduated high school and earned my undergraduate degrees. I definitely am an outdoorsman with a passion for camping, hiking, and hitting golf balls; however, I will not hesitate to show you who the G.O.A.T. is on Call of Duty. I have skateboarded since I was 11 so moving out here I had an easy time learning to snowboard and really want to get up to the mountains more! One day I really want to learn to surf.

I want to get involved in the Golf Team at GHS. We need female athletes for the spring!
