Bloom Mentorship

Bloom Mentorship Program

Students are invited to participate in this mentorship program based on their career interest expressed through their ICAP surveys and/or participation in a CTE pathway at their high school. Individuals who serve as mentors in this program are industry professionals and volunteers, who have partnered with Aurora Public Schools. The goal of this program is to provide students with an opportunity to learn from a professional in their field of interest, to introduce students to career possibilities, and to prepare them for the world of work.

Project REACH

Project REACH

In partnership with the Colorado Association for School-Based Health Care, Project REACH will create a new workforce development program that will provide experiential learning opportunities, mentorship, and health care internships for Black high school students in Denver.

Ednium

Ednium: The Alumni Collective

Ednium's mission is to mobilize public school alumni as a powerful force to change the way cities educate and reinvest in its homegrown talent. In Spring 2025, Gateway partnered with Ednium to recruit volunteers for 9th grade mock interviews via their Alumni Connect program. Alumni Connect was created with the goal of connecting current students with public school alumni. The vision is that current students will have meaningful career conversations with alumni that grew up in the same or similar communities as them.
