Teaching is my passion, and I enjoy making a positive impact on all of my students.

About Me

I have been teaching primarily middle school math, science, AVID, and intervention classes for 7 years in Colorado Springs, Parker, and now Aurora. This is my first year at Gateway High School, and I am excited to be a part of a great community. Some of my favorite things to do outside of school are visiting antique stores, comic book stores, discovering new food spots, and watching movies. Then, from time to time, I work in Juneau, Alaska, creating indigenous curriculum and assisting with culture camps where we have skinned seals.  Lastly, I am a cat person and love spending time with my two black cats, Dukes and Levi.
