About Me
I am absolutely thrilled to return to Gateway High School as your new Assistant Principal. It's truly an honor to reconnect with a place that holds such a special spot in my heart! As a proud alumna (Class of '98), I've previously worked at Gateway as both a teacher as well as the head volleyball coach. Giving back to my community is extremely important to me and I've spent the last 16 years working as a coach, coordinator, teacher and leader in APS. .
Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my son, who has recently embarked on his own college adventure at Colorado State University (Sko Rams)! Witnessing his growth and accomplishments fills me with pride and reinforces my commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for all our students. You can find me around a volleyball court, with my head in the pages of a book, exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, on the quest for some good tacos and spending time with my family and friends. Returning to Gateway is a full circle moment and I am eager to bring my passion for education, leadership experience, and deep love for this community to my role as Assistant Principal. Once an Oly, Always an Oly!
