My favorite part about working at Gateway is the supportive and caring environment. The staff here truly care about our students, and there’s a strong sense of community where everyone encourages and lifts each other up. I feel incredibly lucky to be an Oly!
About Me
I was born in Indonesia and earned my degree in Pharmacy from the University of Indonesia. Although my background is in science, I’ve always had a passion for math. My father helped foster that love from a young age, and it’s something I’ve carried with me ever since.
As a math teacher, my goal is to help students not only understand math, but truly enjoy it. I believe that mistakes are an important part of learning, they're proof that thinking is happening! I work to create a classroom where students feel safe to explore, make mistakes, and grow their confidence in math.
Outside of school, I enjoy puzzles, biking, trying new foods, and going to the movies. These hobbies help me recharge and bring fresh energy to the classroom.
