What do I get out of taking ROTC?
Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is an Air Force sponsored life skills program for 9th-12th grade students. The program develops personal potential, builds self-confidence and enhances communication skills.
ROTC motivates students to be quality citizens by instilling
self-discipline, respect for self and others, and accepting personal
responsibility.
-
Students gain knowledge and experience through classroom exercises and participation in teams and activities.
-
These experiences build future skills to plan, organize and lead.
-
Every student is capable of excelling in ROTC if they possess a positive attitude and are willing to try!
