Laureate Cafe – Attention all artists, poets, musicians and dancers! Last Chance
The Laureate cafe will open once again for the last time this year! Our charity this month will still be the ASPCA. Friday, May 3rd in the Gateway upper commons from 4-5:30pm. If we are not in the commons you can find us in Ms. Fleming's room 311. Enjoy life performances by your fellow singers, dancers, poets, and writers as well as delicious drinks and pastries.
Admission is only $2.00. If you would like to sign up to perform or to volunteer, send us and email at: www.laureatecafe.webs.com with your name, phone and/or email address, and plan to either perform or volunteer.

Community Health and Wellness Workshop at Gateway
Gateway will be hosting a Community Health and Wellness Workshop.

Calling all Dancers!
Do you like to dance? If so GHS Varsity poms tryouts are here!
For any interested dancers please stop by the athletic office to pick up a tryout packet.
A mandatory dance clinic will take place on April 29th, and 30th, followed by Tryouts on May 2nd for all prospective dancers.
ACT Testing – Tuesday, April 23rd

All Colorado juniors (11th grade) are expected to participate in this assessment.
Colleges across the nation accept ACT scores as a significant part of the college application.
Please make attendance a priority on this testing day.
Schedule for the Day (NO School for Freshman, Sophomore, Seniors)
- Report to your Assigned Room: 7:45
- Check In Begins at: 7:50
- Test Begins at: 8:00
- Student Dismissal: 11:30
- Buses leave Gateway at: 11:40
Peyton Manning visits Gateway High School!
Denver Broncos star quarterback Peyton Manning brought smiles and laughter to the faces of juniors and seniors at Gateway High School recently during a surprise visit to the campus. Manning appeared on behalf of his charity, the Peyback Foundation, which began supporting youth-based organizations in Colorado this year.
In addition to fielding questions, Manning tossed a few footballs to several students.
